Questions
How does currency work on the international site?
We detect the visitor's country and show prices in their currency, across 12 major currencies including dollars, euros, pounds and yen. Visitors can switch currency at any time. You can set each price per currency or let it convert automatically with tidy rounding. The international payment account needs to support multiple currencies, and we will confirm the right one with you.
Why two sites?
So South African readers see rand prices set on purpose, while international readers see their own currency. Both run from one admin panel, so Alice updates things once. Books sold on Amazon and other retailers keep the retailer's price.
How does booking and payment work?
Your clients choose a reading or class, pick a time in their own time zone and pay when they book. They get a confirmation, video link and reminders automatically. Each site needs its own payment account.
When does the monthly plan start?
Once you have approved the main site. Until then only the set up is due, and the monthly buttons stay closed.
What does the ad budget cover?
Done For You includes R1,500 of ad budget every month, and we set up, run and report on the ads. Hands On and Done With You do not include ads.
Can we upgrade later?
Yes. The set up you have already paid for counts toward the upgrade.
Who owns the sites and accounts?
You own your domains, audience, course content and accounts. We build and manage on your behalf.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes, with one calendar month's notice. Your sites and admin panel stay yours.
